8. Air cannons are provided additionally for special application’s to aid and enhance dust removal from filter bags.
9. In off line cleaning system,one chamber is isolated with gas tight damper and each row is sequentially cleaned to remove fluffy dust.

Rotary Air Lock

Aditya Engineering Company manufactures ROTARY AIRLOCKS used for controlled feeding / extraction of fine free flowing solids.

Heavy duty fans with multi louver dampers

1. We have supplied special type of dampers for various continous process industries like power, cement, refinery and steel industry applications.
2. AEC Guillotine dampers are designed and manufactured from technology obtained from Germany and Italy.
3. The material of guillotine gates is selected to suit the operating temperature and peak temperatures.
4. The guillotines are operated by screw arrangement so that these gates can be mounted in any position unlike chain or ratchet drive system.
5. Screws are manufactured from Stainless steel to prevent sticking of the screw when they are kept in open for a long time.
6. Special seals of tadpole arrangement are provided to achieve high gas tightness.
7. Special gland packing’s of ceramic type is used where the guillotine passes through the damper body.
8. Dampers are provided with fabricated bonnet with easily removable walls.
